  1. Is my data secure? Yes! Our website is secured by 256-bit technology making it very difficult for any personal data to be intercepted as it's sent over the internet
  3. Do you have / can you send me a catalogue? Sorry, we do not have a printed catalogue, everything about us is on the web site. Please feel free to visit anytime.
  5. Do you deliver outside the UK? Sorry, no, not yet. (But we hope to real soon!)
  7. Do you sell? / Where can I buy? If you can't find it on the web site, then we can possibly make it for you. Please contact us for more details.
  9. How do I maintain the products / what is the best way to achieve best results? All our items of furniture look best when they are cleaned and waxed on a regular basis. Recommendations as the the type of wax and frequency of waxing will be provided personally at the Pine-Workshop.
  11. Can you do reciprocal links? Yes absolutely! Please contact us with your request and we will reply as soon as possible.
  13. Please tell me more about your products. All the information available for each item is on the web site. Please phone for measurements etc.
  15. Can I print your pictures on my printer? Yes. Just select a picture, right click on it and select 'Print'.
  17. Do you have trade/discount prices for large orders? All of our prices are structured for the individual, in this respect some are already at trade level. However, should you wish to purchase large repeat orders please contact us.
  19. I cannot get through to you by telephone? Messages that are left on the answer phone are only picked up a couple of times a day. Please try the mobile number - 07772 214 339.
  21. You haven't answered my e-mail? Some questions do need longer to answer. But - some emails do get lost! So try again if you do not hear back in a few days.
  23. I have just placed an order, when will it arrive? Delivery/collection times all depend upon the item ordered. If the item is stock then you can collect it the same day, however, if a special design has been requested then the delivery time will depend upon the complexity of the design. Delivery times will be discussed at the time of order.
  25. Can I pay you extra for a 24 hour guaranteed delivery? Sorry No, this is not possible at the moment.  
  27. Can I buy online from the web site? Yes! All orders are processed securely by PayPal.
